Goto Cabs is a cab service provider through which customers can book cabs by making payments for cab services. Goto Cabs is owned and operated by Glowbird Technologies Private Limited.
All the transactions between customers and Goto Cabs are governed by the following terms and conditions. The customer will pay for in addition to taxi fare, parking charges, fee or taxes, tolls, night charges payable anywhere during the transit, hereinafter imposed by the law of a particular location.
Goto Cabs disclaims any kind of warranties or representations wherever expressed or implied. The customers that agree to use our services do so solely at their own risk.
By using our services, the customer agrees that they will not indulge in any of the following activities:-
Smoking or consuming any kind of intoxicants inside the Taxi.
The Chauffeur who has been assigned to pick up the customer has the right to refuse if the customer is found in an intoxicated state or is found misbehaving or is causing a nuisance. Littering, soiling, damaging, or vandalizing the taxi or any of its parts is strictly prohibited. Should a customer intentionally or unintentionally damage the taxi or any of its parts, they are liable to pay for the repairing costs.
It is prohibited to ask the chauffeur to break any traffic rules/government rules for any purposes like reaching the destination early. The cab driver has the right to refuse any such request by the customer and also to ask such a customer to alight from the cab.
It is prohibited to ask the chauffeur to board more adults in the taxi than it has the provision for. The driver has the right to refuse such customers.
Goto Cabs takes no guarantee of:
- 1. The cab service is error-free, secure, timely, and uninterrupted.
- 2. The cab service will be up to the customer’s requirements.
Goto Cabs takes no responsibility for any loss or damage. Goto Cabs is not responsible for the inability to provide services due to communications system failure, data processing system failure, customer’s non-compliance with our instructions, or anything that is beyond our control.
Goto Cabs is not responsible for a customer’s property or luggage loss. While provision will be provided to store the luggage safely, we take no responsibility for its safety.
Goto Cabs is not responsible if a customer misses a flight, bus, train, appointment or anything that requires punctuality. We are not liable to pay for any compensation.
Goto Cabs is entitled to terminate the taxi booking done by a customer anytime without stating any reason.
We are entitled to disclose customer information if required by the law or a government body.
Goto Cabs is entitled to amend any or all these terms and conditions at any time and the customer shall be bound by such addition, variation or amendment. It is the customer’s responsibility to be aware of changes in the terms and conditions.
The above mentioned terms and conditions of use supersede any prior written or oral agreements.
Cancellation and Refund Policy

- You may cancel your booking with us any time before the schedule date and time of your pick-up by app, web or calling us on our 24×7 Customer Care helpline number 99772-32389. If you cancel when the driver and/or car details are provided, you will be charged a cancellation fee.
- No cancellation fee shall be payable unless Goto Cabs confirms the cancellation of your ride in accordance with the terms of use and Cancellation and refund policy.

- A booking request can be cancelled free of charge where driver or car details are not provided.
- If a booking request is cancelled for any reason whatsoever when the driver and/or car details provided, you’ll be charged a cancellation fee as forfeiture of the complete advance amount paid by you for the booking.
- Drivers are also able to cancel a ride request if they’ve waited 45 minutes at the pickup location and/or for any reason whatsoever you have provided wrong details of pickup location or you are not reachable at phone, mobile number and email address you have provided. You may be charged either a cancellation fee as forfeiture of the complete advance amount paid by you for the booking or Rs.2 (Rupees Two Only) per minute after 45 minutes completed at the sole discretion of the Goto Cabs.
- In case, cancellation is due to external factors which human being by the exercise of reasonable diligence cannot avoid such as epidemic, tornadoes, earthquakes, hurricanes, floods, fire, strikes, lockouts or other industrial disturbances; war, terrorist acts, riot, or other civil disturbance; epidemics; or other similar forces or due to force majeure which lead to the roads closed, voucher for the complete advance amount paid by you for the booking, in Goto Cabs’s sole discretion shall be issued without expiry to use in future.

- As per the cancellation and refund policy, the refund will be processed. It may take 7 to 10 business days for the refund to reflect into your account. In case wrong or incorrect banking details/ account details provided by you, Goto Cabs shall not be responsible for any loss and/or damages whatsoever.
- You shall be entitled for the vouchers without expiry to use in future in Goto Cabs’s sole discretion in the following cases:
- Where the allocated driver cancels the ride without assigning any valid and reasonable reason at the last hour and the Goto Cabs fails to arrange another ride in a reasonable time you shall be entitled for the voucher for the complete advance amount paid by you for the booking.
- Where the car breaks down during the trip and the Goto Cabs or driver does not rectify it within reasonable time, you shall be provided the voucher for the complete advance amount paid by you;
- In case, cancellation is due to external factors which human being by the exercise of reasonable diligence cannot avoid such as epidemic, tornadoes, earthquakes, hurricanes, floods, fire, strikes, lockouts or other industrial disturbances; war, terrorist acts, riot, or other civil disturbance; epidemics; or other similar forces or due to force majeure which lead to the roads closed, voucher for the complete advance amount paid by you for the booking, in Goto Cabs’s sole discretion shall be issued without expiry to use in future.
- Where you want to change car type or want to increase/decrease trip duration or need some correction in itinerary, you shall inform Goto Cabs well in advance and after confirmation by Goto Cabs, you shall be provided the voucher for the complete advance amount paid by you in Goto Cabs’s sole discretion.
- Goto Cabs shall not be responsible to refund and/or to provide voucher in any case where you give any money or goods to the Driver except as mentioned in the invoice. Goto Cabs shall not be liable to pay any damages, if any, arises from any loss accrued to you.
- Goto Cabs shall not be held responsible for any loss or damage happened during the ride on account of the driver who is a third party agency. However, Goto Cabs shall assist you in all the reasonable manner to recover your loss or damage.
- Goto Cabs reserves the right to withhold the complete advance amount paid by you for the booking on account of any misbehave or misconduct viz. physically, orally or mentally with the driver. Goto Cabs also reserves the right jointly and/or severally with the driver to take any action against you as available as per the law applicable at the time of the incident.
